About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER is responsible for developing and supporting advanced software solutions that enhance claims processing, provider operations, and data conversion. This role impacts the organization by driving application development, supporting production stability, and implementing AI-enabled automation to improve operational efficiency and meet regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications using Mule, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Develop and maintain MuleSoft integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware
• Design and support Talend ETL and data conversion solutions
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure Cloud technologies
• Develop AI-powered solutions and automation tools with a focus on responsible AI use
• Evaluate emerging technologies for modernization initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to ensure system reliability
• Develop dashboards, monitoring, automated reporting, and alerting
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years software engineering experience
• 5+ years with Java and Spring Boot
• 5+ years hands-on experience with MuleSoft
• 3+ years with microservices architecture, REST APIs, SOAP services, and system integrations
• 3+ years with Talend ETL or related data integration solutions
• 2+ years experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• 2+ years experience in provider management and claim processing

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this role is $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment
