As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a strategic and consultative technical partner throughout complex enterprise sales cycles. You will combine deep product expertise with customer-facing discovery, demonstrations, technical evaluations, and value-based selling.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams, you will help translate customer challenges into effective technology solutions and compelling business cases. You will engage with executive, academic, and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, integrations, requirements, and desired outcomes.

The role also provides an important voice of the customer, bringing market feedback and product insights back to internal teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced pre-sales professional who enjoys solving complex problems and collaborating across a global organization.
