The Senior Specialist, Training Program Management, will lead the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of workforce training initiatives that strengthen public health laboratory capabilities. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including virtual and in-person workshops, webinars, seminars, and microcredential opportunities.

Working across multidisciplinary teams and external partnerships, you will manage complex projects, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with workforce development priorities. You will use participant feedback, data, and evaluation findings to improve training quality and measure program effectiveness.

The position also contributes to grant-funded activities, learning platform management, stakeholder engagement, and departmental planning.
