About the job

Skan.ai is redefining how the world’s largest enterprises understand and optimize work. Our process intelligence platform uses AI and computer vision to observe how work actually happens across systems, teams, and workflows — creating a living operational model of enterprise execution. Fortune 500 enterprises across banking, insurance, healthcare, and BPO rely on Skan to uncover operational inefficiencies, accelerate transformation, and build the foundation for enterprise-scale AI adoption.

As AI reshapes software engineering, enterprises are facing a new challenge: engineering organizations have become increasingly complex, fragmented, and difficult to optimize. Teams operate across dozens of tools, workflows, and delivery models, yet leaders still lack real-time visibility into execution health, delivery friction, quality bottlenecks, and AI-driven productivity.

Skan’s Engineering Intelligence Platform (EIP) is built to solve that problem.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of Skan’s Engineering Intelligence Platform (EIP) — a next-generation platform that gives engineering leaders unprecedented visibility into how software delivery actually happens. You will help build the operational intelligence layer for modern engineering organizations, integrating telemetry across developer workflows, CI/CD systems, collaboration tools, and delivery pipelines to surface actionable insights around productivity, quality, execution risk, process friction, and AI adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, engineering systems, developer productivity, analytics, and enterprise transformation. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, GTM, and enterprise customers to shape a product category that helps organizations move from anecdotal engineering management to data-driven execution intelligence.

This is a high-impact charter inside a company with proven enterprise scale, deep AI capabilities, and strong Fortune 500 relationships.

What You’ll Own

Vision and roadmap for Skan’s Engineering Intelligence Platform (EIP), including engineering telemetry, delivery intelligence, workflow analytics, AI adoption measurement, and operational insights.

Product development across engineering, applied AI, and platform teams — defining requirements, prioritizing roadmap investments, and shipping iterative capabilities that deliver measurable customer value.

Deep customer engagement with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, DevOps teams, and transformation offices to understand execution bottlenecks and evolving engineering operating models.

Definition of engineering productivity frameworks that go beyond simplistic metrics to provide meaningful signals around execution health, quality, collaboration, throughput, and developer experience.

AI-powered insight generation leveraging engineering telemetry, workflow patterns, and operational signals to surface recommendations and improvement opportunities.

Cross-functional collaboration with GTM, customer success, and solutions engineering to define enterprise value propositions, onboarding motions, and adoption strategies.

Executive storytelling and thought leadership around the future of engineering intelligence, AI-enabled software delivery, and data-driven engineering organizations.

What You Bring

6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building enterprise SaaS products for technical or engineering users.

Strong understanding of software engineering workflows, DevOps ecosystems, SDLC tooling, and modern engineering organizations.

Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on analytics, AI/ML, observability, developer tooling, or productivity platforms.

Ability to engage credibly with engineering leadership, platform teams, architects, and executive stakeholders.

Proven experience translating complex operational workflows into intuitive product abstractions and scalable enterprise products.

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with telemetry, operational data, workflow instrumentation, and KPI frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can simplify complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives for both technical and executive audiences.

Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strong bias toward execution and iteration.

Bonus Points

Experience with engineering intelligence, developer productivity, DevOps analytics, observability, or software delivery platforms.

Familiarity with tools and ecosystems such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Datadog, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, LinearB, Jellyfish, Harness, or similar platforms.

Experience defining metrics frameworks around engineering effectiveness, delivery performance, quality, or AI-assisted development workflows.

Exposure to enterprise AI adoption initiatives and governance models.

Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

MBA or equivalent business experience paired with strong technical depth.
