Senior Test Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Test Software Engineer based in India.

This role sits within a test automation team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality software across multiple projects and products. You will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Playwright and Python, while contributing to the evolution of modern test frameworks.

The position combines automation engineering with API, database, accessibility, compatibility, integration, and functional testing. You will help migrate existing Selenium-based automation to Playwright and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, solving complex testing challenges, and driving continuous improvements in quality and delivery efficiency.
