We are seeking an experienced Senior UGC Manager to lead user-generated content campaigns from creator sourcing and relationship management through final content delivery. In this fully remote role, you will oversee campaign execution for leading global brands, ensuring every deliverable meets creative briefs, quality standards, and deadlines.

You will collaborate closely with creative teams and project managers to coordinate workflows and achieve strong campaign outcomes. You will also guide and support UGC Coordinators, helping maintain high standards of execution and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strategic ownership with hands-on campaign management, excellent communication, and meticulous organization.
