As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain premium household appliances and outdoor products at customer homes, construction sites, showrooms, and warehouses.

You will play a key role in resolving technical issues efficiently, improving first-time repair completion rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working across field service and workshop environments, you will handle warranty and non-warranty repairs while supporting product modifications and quality improvements.

The role begins with hands-on training, workshop experience, and field ride-alongs to help you develop comprehensive product and service knowledge.
