As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and securing an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform. You will oversee core capabilities spanning IT service management, IT operations management, configuration management, discovery, and workflow automation.

Your work will help ensure platform stability, reliable integrations, strong data quality, and efficient service delivery across the organization. You will also support advanced AI-powered features that enhance automation, knowledge sharing, and user experiences.

Working closely with development teams and technical stakeholders, you will drive platform governance, performance optimization, and operational best practices.
