As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM), you will design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions that streamline service delivery and support digital transformation. You will work in a complex enterprise environment, delivering platform enhancements, custom integrations, and backlog improvements aligned with business priorities.
Collaborating closely with solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications that follow ServiceNow best practices. You will also leverage AI-enabled capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
Working within an Agile delivery framework, you will contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous platform improvement. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced developer who combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and intelligent enterprise solutions.
