Join a mission-driven technology team supporting federal operations through enterprise ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Platform Developer, you will design, configure, and enhance platform capabilities to improve workflows, governance, and user experience.

You will play a key role in migrating an existing Service Portal to Employee Center, developing reusable components, and optimizing Change Management processes. Working closely with platform architects and customer stakeholders, you will contribute to ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives while ensuring reliable integrations and high-quality data.

You will also support testing, release management, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to promote sustainable platform operations.
