Siebel Developer/Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Siebel Developer/Support based in India.

In this role, you will combine advanced Oracle Siebel development expertise with operational support to maintain, enhance, and optimize critical enterprise applications. You will work across customer relationship management, point-of-sale systems, order management, payments, fulfillment, and customer service processes.

Your responsibilities will span complex incident resolution, application monitoring, system integrations, and the delivery of technical enhancements. You will also contribute to customer data privacy compliance by managing sensitive requests in accordance with applicable requirements and service-level agreements.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help improve application reliability, performance, and overall user experience.
