Site Acquisition Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced site acquisition professional to lead critical real estate, permitting, and site development activities across large-scale telecommunications and data center projects. In this remote role, you will oversee site acquisition processes from lease negotiations through zoning and permitting approvals, helping ensure projects progress efficiently and compliantly.

You will manage a high-volume portfolio of sites while coordinating with landowners, legal teams, engineers, construction teams, and local authorities. Your expertise in traditional telecommunications and ILA site acquisition will support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects nationwide.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate diverse jurisdictional requirements. You will play a key part in strengthening internal project management capabilities while supporting business growth and maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
