Social Media Lead

As a Social Media Lead, you will shape the social presence of a mission-driven technology organization working on complex, high-impact challenges.

You will own the social media strategy across established and emerging platforms, defining channel priorities, audiences, voices, and growth goals.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, from creating and publishing content to engaging communities and leading integrated campaigns.

You will connect social performance to broader brand, marketing, and pipeline objectives through analytics, competitive research, and continuous optimization.

You will also develop executive and employee voices, including an executive social presence and an internal ambassador program.

Working across marketing, product, leadership, operations, and external partners, you will establish consistent standards for content, approvals, and brand safety.
