In this hybrid marketing and customer support role, you will shape the brand’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube while building meaningful relationships with an engaged community.

You will create compelling short-form content, communicate product benefits, and turn complex information about reef-safer products into accessible, engaging stories. Beyond content creation, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions and strengthen brand loyalty.
