Software Development Engineer IV - QA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Development Engineer IV - QA based in India (Remote).

As a senior Quality Assurance engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, end-to-end test automation strategies across web applications, APIs, and distributed microservices. You will play a pivotal role in improving product reliability, performance, security, and scalability within a cloud-native environment.

Working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Playwright, and AWS, you will build robust testing frameworks that support faster, more confident releases. You will drive quality engineering practices across asynchronous, event-driven systems, ensuring resilience and consistency across complex service integrations.

Beyond hands-on automation, you will influence software architecture, promote testability by design, and embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will mentor fellow engineers, collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams, and champion the responsible use of AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity.
