Join a fully remote team developing innovative fleet management software that helps businesses optimize vehicle maintenance, improve operational efficiency, and keep fleets running safely. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a team of software engineers while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.

You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from roadmap planning and sprint execution to deployment and production reliability. Working closely with Product, Customer Experience, and executive stakeholders, you will translate business needs into scalable, high-quality software solutions.
