Software Engineer | AI-Native

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer | AI-Native based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup building an AI-powered secured lending product from the ground up.

You will work on a complex product involving credit analysis, business rules, exceptions, and multiple data integrations.

The engineering approach is AI-native, with coding agents embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will combine strong engineering fundamentals with critical thinking to guide, review, and improve AI-generated solutions.

The role spans architecture, backend integrations, application development, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

You will work closely with Product to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable technical solutions.

This is a high-autonomy environment where you can directly influence the architecture, product, and engineering practices as the company grows.
