Software Engineer, Integrations (US + Calgary)

As a Software Engineer, Integrations, you will build and scale the data integration infrastructure that enables organizations to connect their systems and manage critical employee information reliably. You will design, develop, and optimize APIs, connectors, and automated workflows that power seamless data ingestion across enterprise platforms.

Working across backend services, workflow orchestration, and customer-facing applications, you will help ensure data flows remain secure, accurate, and performant at scale. You will tackle complex integration challenges involving HRIS, payroll, ATS, and other business systems while improving error handling and troubleshooting experiences.

In close collaboration with engineering, implementation, and customer success teams, you will turn real-world customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
