Solutions Engineer, Lifecycle Studio

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing an innovative lifecycle marketing platform to market, helping businesses transform how they create, orchestrate, and deliver customer communications. You will serve as the technical lead throughout the sales process, combining expertise in marketing technology, email infrastructure, and solution architecture to address complex customer challenges.

Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams, you will lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and guide prospects through pilots and evaluations. You will engage with lifecycle marketing leaders, CRM specialists, marketing operations teams, and data professionals to demonstrate measurable business value.
