Sr. Construction Manager

The Sr. Construction Manager will provide expert-level program and project management support for federal construction initiatives, helping teams launch projects efficiently and maintain consistent delivery standards. This flexible, on-call consulting role spans project startup, pre-construction planning, proposal development, and early execution, with opportunities to support multiple programs as needs arise.

The successful candidate will strengthen project controls, streamline construction management systems, and establish practical tools and workflows that improve operational readiness.

Working across technical teams, subcontractors, project managers, and customer stakeholders, this professional will help manage risks, coordinate complex construction activities, and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met. The role also contributes to internal capability development through mentoring, process improvement, and the standardization of project management practices.

This is a remote position with assignments activated according to program requirements and an expected travel commitment of approximately 50%.
