Sr. Controller - General Ledger Shared Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Controller - General Ledger Shared Services based in the United States.

This is a hands-on accounting leadership role responsible for the end-to-end record-to-report process supporting a growing portfolio of businesses.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities while establishing consistent, scalable, and well-controlled general ledger operations.

The role combines technical accounting expertise, shared services leadership, internal controls, acquisition integration, and process transformation.

You will manage a blended onshore and nearshore team and help build an organization capable of scaling as additional businesses are integrated.

A key focus will be creating standardized processes, strengthening SOX-ready controls, and using technology and automation to improve close efficiency and accuracy.

You will work closely with Controllers, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and senior finance leadership across multiple entities and time zones.
