Sr. Product Manager

In this role, you will define and execute product strategy, shaping solutions that help benefits professionals work more efficiently and deliver greater customer value.

You will lead roadmap development, prioritize features, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. Working closely with engineering, design, customer experience, sales, and external partners, you will drive workflow automation, integrations, and data-driven decision-making. You will also champion product adoption, measure performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
