Sr Production Underwriter National Territory

The Senior Production Underwriter will drive profitable growth across a national small-business insurance portfolio by managing strategic agency partnerships and developing new business opportunities. This role combines underwriting expertise, business development, and relationship management to strengthen agency performance and expand market share.

You will evaluate risks, make sound underwriting and pricing decisions, and help agency partners achieve sustainable growth in both premium volume and policy count. Working closely with agents, regional underwriting teams, claims professionals, and corporate departments, you will deliver responsive service and promote effective use of business systems and resources.

The position requires a proactive, commercially minded professional who can identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and execute growth strategies independently. This is a remote opportunity focused on the Chicago area, with limited travel to agency partners as needed.
