Sr. Program Manager (MANTL)

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, client-facing software implementations for banks and credit unions, guiding projects from initial planning through successful launch and adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping financial institutions navigate technical requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, and delivery teams, you will ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will take ownership of project planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable results.
