Sr. Program Strategy and Operations Director

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, science, and operations within a fast-moving, clinical-stage biotech environment. You will serve as a strategic and operational partner to an Asset Entrepreneur, helping shape decisions that directly influence the development of a high-potential medicine.

Acting as the COO of a single-asset biotech program, you will drive execution across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial functions. You will transform complex scientific and operational information into clear, data-driven recommendations for executives, the Board, and investors.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to identify obstacles, mobilize teams, and keep critical programs moving. You will also help build scalable operating practices, institutional knowledge, and a playbook for future development programs.
