Sr Public Affairs Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Public Affairs Manager based in Brazil.

This is a senior opportunity to lead the government affairs agenda in Brazil within a complex and evolving regulatory environment.

You will serve as a key bridge between the organization and public authorities, anticipating regulatory risks and identifying opportunities to advance strategic priorities.

The role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution, giving you significant autonomy to shape institutional relationships and advocacy initiatives.

You will engage with stakeholders across the three branches of government and at federal, state, and municipal levels.

Working closely with legal, tax, compliance, communications, public policy, and business leaders, you will translate regulatory developments into clear business implications.

You will also develop evidence-based positions, build strategic coalitions, and contribute to public policy discussions with meaningful economic and social impact.

Reporting to the Legal Director, you will operate as a trusted senior advisor while helping build and strengthen a government affairs function in an evolving structure.
