The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead high-impact talent searches across Engineering and Product, helping shape the organization's future through strategic hiring. In this fully remote US role, you will partner directly with C-level executives and senior leaders to define hiring priorities and identify exceptional talent.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining market intelligence, leadership assessment, and data-driven strategies to deliver outstanding results. By building inclusive talent pipelines and providing thoughtful candidate recommendations, you will influence critical business decisions and strengthen leadership teams.
