Staff Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Data Analyst based in Switzerland.

As a Staff Data Analyst, you will take ownership of analytics across a global travel marketplace, shaping how product, engineering, and commercial teams use data to drive strategic decisions. You will be the first dedicated analytics owner for this business area, building reliable data foundations and transforming complex customer, booking, and API usage data into actionable insights.

Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will influence product priorities, identify growth opportunities, and establish trusted metrics across the business. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on analytics engineering, developing data models, pipelines, and analytical products from concept to implementation.

You will also help introduce product analytics and experimentation capabilities to better understand customer behavior and improve adoption and conversion.
