Staff Pharmacist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Pharmacist based in the United States.

The Staff Pharmacist will play a central clinical role in a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy environment, ensuring prescription accuracy, medication safety, and exceptional patient care. You will verify prescriptions, conduct clinical reviews, and provide personalized counseling through phone and digital channels.

Working closely with prescribers, pharmacy technicians, and cross-functional teams, you will help resolve clinical issues and ensure patients receive their medications safely and efficiently. The role combines hands-on pharmaceutical expertise with workflow supervision, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

You will contribute to technology-enabled pharmacy operations designed to improve medication access and patient outcomes at scale. This is a full-time, remote opportunity requiring a structured approach, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
