Staff Product Designer

We are looking for an accomplished Staff Product Designer to shape end-to-end member experiences for an innovative digital healthcare platform focused on improving metabolic health. In this strategic role, you will lead the design of seamless enrollment journeys that help people understand, access, and adopt personalized healthcare programs.

You will combine exceptional visual design with sophisticated service design, connecting digital experiences with real-world interactions such as receiving health devices, setting up sensors, and scheduling virtual clinical appointments. Working across product, marketing, engineering, logistics, and clinical operations, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive, engaging, and trustworthy experiences.
