Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will shape product strategy and drive high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will lead a senior cross-functional product squad, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and other key stakeholders, you will translate complex challenges into scalable product solutions. You will define priorities, lead quarterly roadmaps, and drive OKRs while supporting sustainable business growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, foster innovation, and mentor emerging product talent.

You will also contribute to building a high-performing product organization through collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. The position follows a remote-first model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil, with optional access to offices and coworking spaces.
