Working closely with Engineering Managers, you will mentor developers, strengthen technical capabilities, and help teams deliver impactful software solutions.

You will combine hands-on coding with architectural leadership, ensuring that systems remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Through collaboration with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and insurance specialists, you will translate complex challenges into effective engineering initiatives.
