Staff Technical Recruiter

As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across Product and Technology, partnering closely with senior Product and Engineering leaders to attract exceptional talent. You will play a strategic role in building high-impact teams, shaping recruitment strategies, and ensuring a strong candidate experience from initial conversations through offer acceptance.

Working in a flexible, remote-first environment, you will manage diverse technical searches and adapt your priorities as business needs evolve. You will leverage your understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and industry trends to advise hiring managers and strengthen hiring decisions.
