About the job
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration.
Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
