Strategic Product Manager (Fintech - Digital Lending/Loans)

Strategic Product Manager (Fintech - Digital Lending/Loans) A fast-growing Fintech / digital financial services platform is seeking a strategic product leader to drive the roadmap and growth of its consumer lending business. This role will focus on developing digital lending strategies, launching innovative financial product solutions, and building strategic partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition and portfolio growth in a digital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across personal loans, mortgages, and consumer credit products.
• Develop and execute digital lending product roadmaps in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Risk teams.
• Build and manage partnerships with fintechs, digital ecosystems, brokers, and other distribution channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and innovative customer acquisition strategies.
• Optimize digital channels to increase application volumes and lending portfolio performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in retail banking, consumer lending, credit cards, or related financial products/services, ideally on a digital platform.
• Proven track record in business development, product management, partnerships, or digital banking.
• Experience in fintech, virtual banking, or digital financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for fintech innovation and digital transformation.
