As a Strategic Services Associate, you will drive performance improvement, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled transformation across professional billing, collections, and provider enrollment.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, healthcare providers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. By leveraging operational data, reporting tools, automation, and system enhancements, you will help reduce denials, improve reimbursement outcomes, and increase operational efficiency.

You will also lead cross-functional projects, support organizational growth initiatives, and develop performance metrics that inform strategic decisions. This role combines analytical problem-solving, project leadership, and revenue cycle expertise in a collaborative, technology-driven healthcare environment. The position is fully remote, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
