The Strategy & Operations Manager will drive business growth by improving operational efficiency, optimizing products, and leading strategic initiatives across a fast-growing consumer financial services environment. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data analysis, and product management to turn complex business challenges into measurable results.

You will identify growth opportunities, streamline workflows, and translate business objectives into actionable requirements and project plans. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing, you will ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.
