Substation Service Sales Specialist

This role combines substation expertise with consultative sales to help customers improve the performance, reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle of critical electrical infrastructure. You will serve as a technical-commercial resource within the front-end sales organization, engaging customers to understand their assets, operating environments, and long-term requirements.

By identifying modernization, optimization, monitoring, and service opportunities, you will help turn technical challenges into practical and commercially viable solutions. The position involves close collaboration with sales teams, engineers, service specialists, and customer technical and operational stakeholders.

You will contribute throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from early discovery and qualification through proposals and order development. Regular customer engagement, site visits, industry events, and travel across the United States make this a highly relationship-driven role.
