Supervisor, Referrals

This remote leadership role oversees referral and authorization operations while supporting a team responsible for processing healthcare-related requests. You’ll coordinate workloads, monitor team activities, and help ensure referral and authorization processes meet established performance standards.

The position combines people leadership with operational problem-solving, requiring you to research complex issues and guide the team toward effective resolutions. You’ll also serve as a key resource for associates, providing coaching, training, and support for professional development. Strong organization and resource management will be essential to balancing caseloads and responding to changing operational needs.
