Overview

As a Supplier Capacity Leader, you will drive supplier development and manufacturing capacity expansion across critical forging, airfoil, and structural component categories. You will work closely with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to increase production capacity, eliminate bottlenecks, and meet growing customer demand.

Combining engineering expertise with strategic supply chain management, you will oversee technical qualification activities, resolve manufacturing constraints, and accelerate sourcing and development initiatives. You will collaborate with supplier quality, engineering, and supply chain leaders to ensure production growth aligns with quality standards and technical requirements.

Through structured project management and data-driven decision-making, you will monitor capacity expansion plans and address risks that could affect delivery performance. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to influence global manufacturing operations within the energy industry, with significant collaboration across international teams and travel requirements of at least 50%.
