Supply Chain Specialist & Transport Coordinator

The Supply Chain Specialist & Transport Coordinator is responsible for organizing and overseeing transportation activities to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods. The role focuses on transport planning, carrier coordination, shipment monitoring, and delivery performance.

It requires close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to maintain smooth logistics operations. The position also supports supply chain activities by monitoring order status, transport costs, and delivery schedules. The objective is to ensure reliable transportation, minimize delays, and optimize logistics efficiency.

• Plan and coordinate daily transport operations, including carrier bookings, collection schedules, delivery appointments, and shipment priorities.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery, manage delays or transport incidents, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate transport records, monitor logistics costs, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment execution.

What we expect from you:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, transportation, logistics, or a similar operational position.
• Degree is supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
• Fluency in English AND French.
