Systems Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Engineer based in India.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on keeping Azure, Windows Server, and middleware environments stable, secure, and available.

You’ll own day-to-day monitoring, incident resolution, application deployments, approved changes, and proactive system health activities.

The role combines cloud administration, Windows and application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ITIL-based service management.

You’ll also have a strong mandate to identify repetitive manual work and replace it with PowerShell, Azure automation, and AI-enabled operational tools.

Working alongside engineering and database teams, you’ll take ownership of your operational queue while escalating issues appropriately and contributing to major incident response.

The position offers the opportunity to help build AI agents for alert triage, log summarization, incident documentation, and other routine operational activities.
