Systems Engineer Sr

This is an opportunity for an experienced systems engineer to support and optimize enterprise-scale network and endpoint infrastructure within a complex healthcare technology environment. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), network communications, and systems administration to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing IT services.

Working across network and endpoint technologies, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, improve software deployment processes, and strengthen infrastructure resilience. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support critical clinical and business operations.

The role combines hands-on engineering, architectural improvements, project coordination, and continuous service optimization. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on technology reliability in healthcare, with occasional travel and participation in an on-call rotation.
