Talent Acquisition Operation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition operations professional to strengthen recruiting processes within a mission-driven, employee-owned technology consulting organization. As the operational backbone of the talent acquisition function, you will support recruiters and leadership across the United States and India, ensuring seamless workflows, reliable data, and consistent execution.

You will oversee critical programs, including background investigations, employee referrals, third-party staffing, and vendor management. Through process optimization, reporting, and compliance oversight, you will help the recruiting team operate efficiently while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Working across multiple regions and functions, you will have the opportunity to build scalable processes, improve operational performance, and influence the effectiveness of the broader hiring organization.
