Talent Acquisition Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition across a fast-paced, SaaS-focused organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs. From proactive sourcing and candidate assessment to offers and onboarding, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

You will use talent data and market insights to build strong pipelines and support informed hiring decisions. The role also provides an opportunity to improve recruiting processes, support fellow recruiters, and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives within a collaborative, remote environment.
