This full-time remote role combines hands-on medical billing expertise with talent acquisition to identify and assess skilled revenue cycle management professionals. You will leverage your practical experience across the full billing cycle to distinguish qualified candidates from those who lack the necessary technical knowledge.

Working closely with talent acquisition and partner success teams, you will source, screen, and recommend professionals supporting U.S. physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices. Your expertise will help ensure that each candidate matches the operational needs of the practice they may join.

You will also contribute to improving assessment methods, strengthening recruitment processes, and building reliable candidate pipelines.
