Team Lead, ADM Ops

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee a team responsible for reviewing, validating, and enriching complex private fund investment data. In this role, you will help ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with service-level agreements while managing operational workflows and team performance.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in private fund reporting, resolving complex data discrepancies and extraction issues. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning Operations, and Client Success teams, you will help improve processes and support AI-driven data extraction initiatives.

You will also contribute to operational standardization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the data pipeline.
