Team Leader of Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Leader of Technology based in the United States.

This role combines technical leadership and people management to oversee enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure.

You will lead a team of network engineers responsible for designing, securing, operating, and continuously improving critical network environments.

The position has a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, hybrid connectivity, automation, observability, reliability, and network security.

You will balance hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, performance management, incident response, and strategic planning.

The role requires close collaboration with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and application teams to support infrastructure and deployment initiatives.

You will also help establish reliability standards, strengthen security and compliance practices, and communicate technical risks and roadmaps to IT leadership.

This is a full-time remote opportunity with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
