Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Manager based in Brazil.

This role focuses on strengthening software engineering delivery through effective processes, agile practices, and data-driven management. You will work closely with development teams and leadership to improve delivery predictability, operational efficiency, and flow.

The position combines team enablement with analytical expertise, using delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will help teams adopt sustainable ways of working while building capacity plans and evidence-based delivery forecasts. The role also involves creating dashboards and management reports that turn engineering data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate across technical and business areas in distributed work environments. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous delivery and governance practices, including in environments with regulatory and data protection requirements.
