Tech Lead de Desenvolvimento

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development and continuous improvement of web-based systems in a growing, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will combine hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, guiding teams through architectural decisions and the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will help shape application architecture, oversee integrations, and promote best practices across the entire development lifecycle. Working with Java, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and microservices, you will contribute to building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications. You will also mentor developers, strengthen code quality, and support DevOps and DevSecOps practices within agile teams.
